A young boy of 9 years old comes in consultation for an enuresis which lasts since he is about 2,3 years old. There are only a few days per month without accident.
He presents old somatizations on the area of the small pelvis (area related to the values of family, work and territory). These modify the tone of the sphincters, but not all somatizations lead to enuresis. In this case, it must be assimilated to a loss of territory of the child by the arrival of a little brother who comes to change the balance of the house!
The enuresis is a good revealing of the work of the nervous system during the sleep. The removal of these somatizations allowed him to return to normal during the month that followed.
