Ankle sprain

A 17 year old girl sprained her ankle 2 months ago during dance practice.

After immobilization and rest, a sufficiently strong pain persisted on the outside of the ankle to prevent her from resuming her training.

The release of a somatization on the sigmoid colon (an active area in this patient) allowed her to walk without pain at the end of the session and to regain the flexibility of her foot. 3 days later she was able to resume her training without discomfort.
